Roger Daltrey is one of the most famous performers across the globe, from his time as the front man and founder of The Who, to his solo career and work with other bands that he has fronted. This summer you can catch Daltrey back on the stage and in the limelight once again, performing a classic that you won't want to miss.
After wrapping up a tour through the U.K. in July of this year, Roger Daltrey will be performing 28 live shows of "Tommy" this fall, winding his way across the United States and through Canada. Even though Pete Townshend won't be performing with them, Daltrey and his band, which includes Pete's brother Simon Townshend, have his full support.
This live performance series of Tommy will be the first time that it has been performed since a reunion tour from The Who in 1989. It's the same show, but it's coming from a slightly different perspective now, a reinterpretation that updates the classic while staying true to its roots.
If you live in North America, this is the first time you'll have the opportunity to see this kind of show in over 20 years, and you never know if the opportunity will arise again. Therefore, be sure to grab your Robert Daltrey and Tommy tickets for the shows near you this fall, before it's too late and you miss out on this great chance.
