U2 starts its 100 show world tour, officially dubbed U2360/Kiss the Future, on June 30, 2009 in Barcelona, Spain and has its first USA date on September 12, 2009 at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL. The tour will be its first since the Vertigo tour in 2005. The tour is follwing the release of their new album "No Line on the Horizon".

The tour will feature a 360 degree round stage as well as a cylindrical video screen, something never done before in such large venues and a layout that will increase the possible capacities of each performance.
