The Houston Texans have long been the team that has simply been unable to get over the hope. It seems like every year is supposed to be their year, but then they struggle and can't find their way to the playoffs yet again. They are certainly capable of playing excellently, but will they be able to?

Coach Gary Kubiak better hope so in 2011, because there won't be yet another second chance if the team doesn't. The time for next year is over, and with the Texans' talent, they want to make a real playoffs run right now.
