The young Tampa Bay Buccaneers finished well ahead of the expectations for them in 2010. Many people thought they'd be one of the worst teams in the league, but instead they played above their heads and finished at 10-6. If they weren't in the very tough and deep NFC South, they could have won their division.

This team is all about young talent, and that means there is still a ton of upside for the club. Head coach Raheem Morris is really crafting a team in his image, hard working, youthful fire and drive, and much more.

Quarterback Josh Freeman has already emerged as a team leader, and he's just continuing to get better and better. He's working with some good skill guys too, with tight end Kellen Winslow being one of his favorite targets, young wide receiver Mike Williams, and breakout rookie running back from last year, LeGarrette Blount.

This year they took a flyer on defensive end Da'Quan Bowers in the NFL Draft. He was once rated as one of the top overall prospects, but then concerns over his knees emerged, and he dropped down a long way before the Bucs picked him up. He joins a defense with a ton of really good players, like Barrett Ruud up the middle, Aqib Talib and Gerald McCoy on the line, and the team's longest serving veteran in the defensive backfield, Ronde Barber.

Things won't get any easier in the tough NFC South during 2011, but with Freeman and company improving, they could potentially emerge as the best of the bunch.
